Design Competitions

At the onset of my 7th semester of my undergrad, I wanted to know for myself what architecture and design really means. It was a more existential self questioning and situating myself in the field of architecture. What are the different perspectives of design to create truly innovative architecture. Doing several competitions, I was in a search for ensuring innovation in all projects.

To ensure excellence and innovation, I found 5 important aspects

  • Bold Decision Making

  • Constructive criticism for excellence in collaborative environments

  • Proactive approach and fundamental questioning

  • Planning and Communication

  • Pattern recognition and critical observations
